The Virdis Energy GP4 Water series of packaged plate heat exchangers are available in 2
ranges covering a total of some 30+ units with outputs ranging from 45kW up to 888kW (when
fed with primary water at 82°C, secondary temperatures 10-60°C). The GP4 units are designed, where necessary, to operate up to a maximum primary side
temperature of 110°C (see Installation – Primary), and to provide hot water instantaneously,
without the need for storage, up to their maximum rated output. GP Water units can be coupled
to a buffer vessel for even greater outputs. The GP4 Water units are supplied with fast acting 4-port motorized control valves fitted to the
primary circuit.
