Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms: Payment must be completed in advance if not a pre-authorised account.
Freight Terms: Must be delivered to a location with a UK Mainland Address.
Delivery Terms: Failure to accept the delivery at the scheduled time will require re-payment for the delivery service. All parts and Plate Heat Exchangers will be delivered to the door. If delivery is required to a plant room or any location beyond the door, a full site survey will be necessary (additional charges will apply for both the survey and delivery). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure appropriate handling equipment is available to accept the delivery.
Cancellation Policy for Bespoke and Custom-Made Products: Please note that in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised. As such, once an order for a bespoke or custom-made product has been confirmed and production has commenced, it cannot be cancelled, and the order will be charged in full. By placing an order for a bespoke item, you acknowledge and agree that the product is being made specifically to your requirements. You forfeit the statutory right to cancel the order once production has begun. Full payment will be required and is non-refundable. This policy ensures that we can maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and service for all custom orders.
Shipping: Orders are processed and dispatched as soon as reasonably possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other circumstances beyond our control. We aim to package all orders using environmentally friendly and sustainable materials wherever reasonably possible. To help protect your order during transit, each package may include a sachet of Virdisorb, a moisture-absorbing desiccant designed to help prevent dampness. The sachet is intended solely to protect the product during shipping and should not be opened or ingested. Please keep it out of reach of children and pets.
